Secrecy in anything to hurt folks in some way form or fashion should be right up there with the illegal GPS put on one’s care that the U.S Supreme court ruled on, NOW the police have get a warrant first. Why was that so hard, why go against our constitution and why is it going on in other venues. Injured workers have been spied in an unfettered way all by insurance companies (including self-insured employers & the ins companies have DA’s falsely prosecuted & persecuted all because of our legislators. Anita Blick suffered through it all of it AND she worked for a police department. So did a Tracy policewoman. These are unbelievable gross violation of our civil rights!!!!! FOR YEARS! and the DOJ AG’s are doing nothing for years. WHO goes after insurance companies. WHY, NOBODY!
