Was The Mexicali Earthquake Prophesied? H.A.A.R.P To Blame?

Last March California was hit with a 4.4 earthquake. In an LA Times article, someone by the name of ’truthseeker’ commented this:

Without question its a H.A.A.R.P. operation and my guess is that there will be an even bigger one on:

This was posted March 16′th of 2010. Well he was a day off, big deal. It’s still very odd that someone ”guessed” we would have an earthquake that close.

Looking at these like a layman, according to HAARP’s Data Index it seems like there was some very slight, visible activity at the time the earthquake struck…but who really knows.
